DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
You have a standing table and 2 high stools available on site.
You can plan:
- 1 kakemono (do not provide an umbrella stand)
- 70 copies of your documentation
DELIVERY
On Wednesday, 1 April, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the address indicated on the delivery note.
It is essential that you complete the delivery note and place it on your boxes to ensure delivery of your equipment.
SET-UP
AGEFI will take care of installing your delivered equipment
RETURN DELIVERY
Friday, 3 April from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
All equipment must be collected by Friday, 3 April at 12:00 p.m. at the latest.
If you wish to use a courier service, you must complete the collection form and place it on all your boxes to ensure that your equipment is collected.
